Refund policy

RETURN POLICY for Printed Books: Once your log moves into production, we are unable to cancel. Production starts around 1 hour after time of purchase.

Digital items are non-refundable.

For all other items: 

Items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you.
